1. Online Assessment
2. On-site Interviews

1. Online Assessment

This part of the Expedia software engineer interview process consists of 2 coding questions that must be solved in 75 minutes. You’ll be dealing with string manipulation and substrings. You are allowed to pick from a variety of languages.

2. On-site Interviews

You’ll have a series of interviews on this day, and the whole process might look something like this:

9. How would you differentiate between an Integer and an int?
10. How to check if a string of parenthesis is valid?
11. Design an e-commerce checkout page.
12. Define static function.
13. How would you implement a stack using two queues?
14. On a whiteboard, write a function in C++ that calculates the factorial of its input.
15. Design a chess game.
16. Given a string, how would you find the largest palindrome?
17. How would you write the code of bucket sort?
18. Sketch the high-level design of a vending machine (states/classes/transitions).
19. Given: An array of integers.

To do: Return indices of the two numbers such that they add up to a specific number.
