In conjunction with the program fees, Interview Kickstart provides the following TIME-SENSITIVE OFFER of refund:

For LevelUp/Masterclass (live program)

We will refund 50% of the total tuition paid for the program, if and only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• You have passed all the tests part of the course in a maximum of 5 attempts.
• You have attended 80% of the classes live or watched the full recordings of these classes.
• You have completed 80% of the foundation material for all the scheduled classes.
• You have completed 80% of the practice problems.
• You have taken all mock interviews offered by Interview Kickstart.
• You have earned an average grade of 2+ or more in your mock interviews (grading rubric will be explained in your contract. For this, we will ignore the two lowest-scoring interviews.)
• You have appeared for onsite technical interviews (in person/virtual) at at least 6 different companies within the post-program support period. (These interviews must be for jobs relevant to the domain course you complete:
• Back-end, Front-end, Full Stack, Test, iOS, Android, Site Reliability, and Early Engineering: A job that requires coding at work.
• Data and ML Engineering, Data Science, Business/Data Analysis: A job that requires developing/using data processing/analytical tools and software.
• Embedded Systems Engineering: A job that requires writing code for embedded devices.
• Security Engineering: A job that requires developing/operating systems to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• AWS Cloud Architecture: A job that requires architecting/building/operating cloud-based applications/infrastructure.
• Product/Tech Program Management: A job that requires working cross-functionally to develop features from concept to launch.
• Engineering Management: A job that requires managing a team of engineers and working cross-functionally to develop features from concept to launch.)
• You still have not received a job offer.
• You notify Interview Kickstart of your claim for a refund during or within 30 days of the end of post-program support.
• You provide documentation to support your claim.

For StepUp/Fast-tack (self-paced program)

Limited Holiday Giveaway

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who successfully register for the Limited Holiday Giveaway during the campaign period. Participation is free and does not require any purchase.
2. Giveaway Details: A total of 100 winners will be selected to receive a free 1:1 mock interview with a FAANG+ mentor. Each selected participant is eligible for one (1) mock interview only under this giveaway.
3. Mock Interview Format:
   • Each mock interview will be 60 minutes (1 hour) in duration.
   • All mock interviews will be conducted virtually.
   • The interviewer will be assigned by Interview Kickstart. Participants cannot choose or request a specific mentor.
4. Scheduling: Interview Kickstart will coordinate interview scheduling with selected winners. Availability is subject to mentor schedules, and Interview Kickstart reserves the right to reschedule sessions if required.
5. Non-Transferability: The mock interview reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted with any other service.
6. Communications & Marketing Consent: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive communications from Interview Kickstart, including email, SMS, and other marketing or informational updates related to programs, events, and services. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. Selection & Notification of Winners: Winners will be selected at Interview Kickstart’s discretion and notified via email. Failure to respond within the communicated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward.
8. Confidentiality & Conduct: Mock interviews are conducted under professional and confidential conditions. Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct during sessions.
9. Right to Modify or Cancel: Interview Kickstart reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the giveaway or the registration period, and to update these terms at any time without prior notice, if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Final Decision: All decisions made by Interview Kickstart regarding eligibility, selection, and execution of the giveaway are final and binding.
11. Messaging & Communications: By entering the giveaway, participants consent to receive communications from Interview Kickstart via email, SMS, and other channels, including updates related to the giveaway, event reminders, and information about Interview Kickstart programs and services. Message frequency may vary. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We may use the User’s mobile number to send information and updates related to their order. It may also be used to send reminders, respond to inquiries or support requests, and provide updates about our services. If the User opts in to receive SMS notifications, they may receive messages that include company news, promotional offers, event reminders, or product/service updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
