What they don’t realize is that their future self is losing money with each interview they dodge.

Think about it! Uplevelling to a Tier 1 company could fetch you offers that will pay you at least $50,000 more each year—which means you will be giving up nearly $5,000 every month as you delay moving up the ladder. Sadly, even the smartest of engineers miss this catch sometimes.

The longer you postpone a technical interview, the harder it gets to crack it. Sounds unfair? But it’s true.

Never miss an opportunity to learn something new. The world of technology changes at lightning speed; don't get left behind.
Don’t be afraid of getting judged—if you’re doing something interesting at work, then don’t keep it under wraps. Step out, go to meetups, present your work, grow your boundaries!
